COMPANY PROFILE
I.B.C. Praha Co. Ltd. was established in the year 1994 with the aim to take over commercial and service activities of the I.B.C. Krnov Co.Ltd., the successor of the privatised works ARMATURKA, Krnov a former member of SIGMA, a state owned concern.
At present our company co-operates closely with Armaturka Krnov manufacturing works. Both companies are owned by the same owner and jointly continue with design and construction activities and classical steel valves manufacturing for oil-processing, chemistry, power generating, district heating and gas industry. From the technical know-how point of view our company takes advantage of human resources, up to date evidence and data and production disposing capacity of the former Research Valve Institute SIGMA, later ARPO.
The main production programme of our company consists of the Ball-, Gate-, Butterfly-, Check-, Globe and Special Valves manufacturing, which comply with the following standards: EN, DIN, API, ANSI, GOST.
Our company is well established not only and mainly in the area of complete packages supply of valves for projects in the fields of power-generating, chemical and oil processing, and gas industries but we have also great potential in the area of selling valves from the stock for various industrial applications and water distribution. We have achieved substantial commercial success especially in deliveries of Ball and Gate Valves and due to our own design and know-how we have succeded to solve a lot of the technical and specific requirements of our business partners.
Oil-processing, gas and power plant companies from the countries of the former USSR belong among our most important foreign customers and in view of that our complete production assortment has been certified for the application in the territory of the Russian Federation. We also completed the certification of our products according to the Directive 97/23/EC in the year 2004.
Our company has established its representation in Moscow. This representation provides full service for our customers in the territory of the Russian Union.
Since the year 2008 our company has also been interested in energetics. We have taken advantage of the former SIGMA Research Valve Institute experience and of our own experience with the valve design and production for power plant industry.
At the end of the year 2008 our company started designing and producting a new type of the 3-eccentricity butterfly valves with by-directional tightness.
We expect our activities and long time experience with Design, Sale, Service and Manufacture of industrial valves and accessories to create great future full of deserved success for our company.
The essential principle of our company philosophy consists of the effort to provide maximum services and comfort to our customers at reasonable pricing in long time run. We are happy to say that we have succeeded in fulfilling our intentions until now, since the very beginning of our activities we started more than 14 years ago. We believe frankly that we shall follow this way based on our mutual partnership even in the coming future.
