    High pressure gate valves are shut-off (closing) valves, which can be used for water, water steam, gases and other operating media in power engineering, chemical industries and other branches of industry in dependance on the choice of material.
    Gate valves are made from carbon, alloy and stainless steels. Material execution of gate valves can be selected according to the customer’s request so that it suits as much as possible valves service conditions. The body of the valve is made from forging. The wedge is inserted into the body through the pressure-seal bonnet/body connection. Seats are pressed and welded in the body. Sealing surfaces of the seats and of wedge are provided with overlay of Stellite or of some other hard overlay alloy. Yoke is welded. The sealing of the bonnet and gland is carried out by means of special graphite gasket and gland packing. In case of flanged gate valve execution the flanges are welded to the body. Upon requirement gate valve can be provided with by-pass and safeguarding of the space above the wedge against the extreme rise of the pressure.

    The TE-BTF is a rotary shut-off valve with triple eccentricity which may be combined as a modulating valve for all liquid and gaseous media. Valve opens and closes easily without any friction / jamming (triple eccentricity). The biggest advantage of the valve is the ability to exchange both sealing elements. First - laminated seal is integrated into the body and second – the disc, surface is part of the sealing geometry.
    Triple eccentric fitting reaches zero friction between the sealing ring and the disc seat, thereby preventing exesive wear out of the most important parts of the valve. Unified contact angle on the circumference of seal ring prevents clogging / jamming in the seat. By opening, the sealing surfaces are immediately separated and by closing firmly connected without the existence of the friction angle. Flexibility of the laminated seal ring (metal / graphite) guarantees at each point of contact with the seat / disc the same downforce. Adjustable floating disc is centered with pressure of the replaceable ring embedded in the body, which compensates the dilations of the body at high temperatures or cryogenic applications. Prevents damage to sealing surfaces and ensures perfect tightness.
