This Privacy Policy describes how I.B.C. Praha spol. s r.o., ID No.: 48948471, with its registered office at Karlštejnská 9, 252 25 Jinočany (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company' or 'we'), processes the personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as 'PD') in connection with the operation of the website www.ibcpraha.cz, business activities, and the provision of services.

When processing PD, we proceed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the relevant laws of the Czech Republic. We protect your PD using organizational and technical measures corresponding to the current level of technology.

Depending on the situation, we may process in particular:

4. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may only be transferred to the following categories of recipients when necessary:

  • business communications: usually 3 years,
  • technical logs and security records: 1 year,

After the expiry of these periods, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Server logs and technical data

When visiting the website, the following information is automatically stored:

  • date and time of request,

  • error and functionality information.

Only administrators have access to this data, which is used for:

  • error diagnosis,
