Whistleblowing

On 1 August 2023, Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, came into effect.

Employees of the organization can report any suspicious or illegal activity in an easy and secure manner with the certainty of protecting their identity and without fear of retaliation for the report they made.

A fundamental step in ensuring a trustworthy and effective whistleblower protection process is the appointment of a confidant who will receive and verify individual reports, in accordance with ethics, law and established rules.
