Our Experience in Nuclear Energy

We have extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector both in the Czech Republic and in international markets. Thanks to our expertise, in-house manufacturing capabilities, and high certification standards, we are able to provide high-quality solutions for energy projects, including nuclear power plants.

Our Key Projects

We are proud to be one of the key suppliers for energy projects in the Czech Republic, including the nuclear power plants in Dukovany and Temelín. Our products/technologies are used in various types of power plants, including thermal, geothermal, gas, and nuclear power plants, and we have extensive experience supplying foreign investors as well.

A very significant project that our company secured started in April 2024, involving deliveries for Titan2/Ictas for the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey.

Seismic Testing

Manufactured fittings for NPP deliveries undergo seismic tests for the conditions considered in JETE and JEDU. These include gate valves A00, check valves A43, double eccentric shut-off valves DE BTF, and gate valves S38. At the end of 2024, tests are planned for bellows shut-off and control valves of type A10, A11, including quick-acting A10, A11, A13, and subsequently in 2025 also for quick-acting gate valves A00.1.

Technical Conditions

The COMPANY has approved technical delivery conditions (TDP) for various products, including gate valves A00/A00.1, check valves A43, ball valves K81, and control valves. Currently, we are preparing approval for bellows valves, including quick-acting models A10, A11, and A13.

• Certifications according to 9001, 14000, 45000, and 3834-2 standarsd
• Directive EP and Council 2014/68/EU modul H.
• Specialization in welding processes – welds and overlays. Certification ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006
• Product catalogues – products for deliveries to NPPs
• Approval lists – approved TDP for deliveries to NPPs
• Seismic tests – Completed seismic resistance tests for fittings. The fittings for NPP deliveries also undergo seismic tests for the full range of conditions considered in JETE and JEDU. These include gate valves A00, gate valves S38, check valves A43, and double eccentric shut-off valves DE BTF. Tests for bellows shut-off valves, including quick-acting A10, A11, A13, and quick-acting gate valves A00.1, are being prepared.
